Some pre-run reminders to help you enjoy your best run ever:

Saturday night – have a light dinner and include some starchy vegetables, rice or pasta. Have little or no alcohol.

Sunday Morning – Aim to eat between 4 – 5am to let your breakfast settle. Cereal, oats, toast with a banana, or berries, nuts and yoghurt are good choices.

Water intake is REALLY important too – less tea or coffee!

And finally, just enjoy the best view in Brisbane from the top the bridge as the sun comes up!
